项目总建筑面积约90万㎡，采用一心一环一网多点的空间架构，整体设计的层次分明，错落有序，业态包含会展中心、五星级酒店、商务办公、商业环廊、专家公寓。项目以开放共享、生态人文为设计理念，以营造高品质灯光空间为设计初衷，以满足绿色建筑评价要求为设计原则。利用灯光的功能性和美学艺术价值，采用创新的、高效的、易实现效果的灯光设计手法，打造具有区域示范性的室内灯光设计案例。 The Xiong'an Business Service Center project has a total construction area of approximately 900000 square meters and adopts a spatial architecture of one center, one ring, one network, and multiple points. The overall design is clear and orderly, with business formats including exhibition centers, five-star hotels, business offices, commercial corridors, and expert apartments. The project is designed with the concept of open sharing and ecological culture, with the original intention of creating high-quality lighting spaces and the design principle of meeting the requirements of green building evaluation. By utilizing the functionality and aesthetic artistic value of lighting, innovative, efficient, and easily implementable lighting design techniques are adopted to create regional demonstration indoor lighting design cases.

主要参数：
项目各空间的照明参数都以《建筑照明设计标准》GB50034-2013的要求为指导原则，在人员长时间停留空间的照明光源按照《绿色建筑评价标准》GB-T50378-2014的要求，选用RG0无危害级别的。
项目灯光色温以暖色温和中间色温为主，商业办公组团色温为3500K和4000K，酒店色温为2700K和3000K。各空间所使用灯具发光效率都大于75%，统一眩光值（UGR）小于19，显色指数（Ra）大于90。为项目各空间提供了充足的照度水平和高标准的照明质量。
The lighting parameters of each space in the project are guided by the requirements of the "Building Lighting Design Standard" GB50034-2013. The lighting sources in spaces where people stay for a long time are selected according to the requirements of the "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB-T50378-2014, with RG0 non hazardous level.
The color temperature of the project lighting is mainly warm and moderate, with a color temperature of 3500K and 4000K for commercial office clusters and 2700K and 3000K for hotels. The luminous efficiency of the lighting fixtures used in each space is greater than 75%, the unified glare value (UGR) is less than 19, and the color rendering index (Ra) is greater than 90. Provided sufficient illumination levels and high standard lighting quality for each space of the project.

创新要点：
项目整体设计按照绿色建筑三星级全覆盖，其中部分办公及公寓建筑为超低能耗被动式建筑，目前办公和公寓部分获得了超低能耗的检测的认证。项目采用节能变压器和节能LED灯具，以及智能照明控制系统，地下环廊和运动场利用导光筒引入自然光，降低了照明功率密度和运营的照明能耗。
The overall design of the project follows a three-star green building coverage, with some office and apartment buildings being passive buildings with ultra-low energy consumption. Currently, the office and apartment buildings have obtained certification for ultra-low energy consumption testing.
The project adopts energy-saving transformers and energy-saving LED lamps, as well as an intelligent lighting control system. The underground corridor and sports field use light guide tubes to introduce natural light, reducing lighting power density and operational lighting energy consumption.
