It is the industry's first application of composite phase change heat dissipation integrated forming technology in standardized module. It breaks through the heat dissipation bottleneck of COB light source, realizes small volume and lightweight under standard module size as well as higher power and power density, and effectively reduces wind resistance on lighting fixtures on roads, high-pole lighting, within expressway tunnels, high-speed railway tunnels, thus significantly reducing product cost. The innovative use of light distribution design integrating irregular chip arrangement and optical glass lens breaks through the technical bottleneck of serious traditional lighting glare, solves the issue of low light utilization, realizes stronger light control capability and better lighting effect, and solves difficulties in SMD light source traditional LED module lighting application, such as high glare, low illumination, low uniformity and short irradiation distance. ChenXin-series variable-CCT high-power COB LED module has 15 authorized patents and won the first prize of the 12th Lighting Science and Technology Award - Lighting Product Award of Jilin Province. The product fills the market gap, has been successfully applied in urban roads, railways, expressway tunnels and other fields, and has won unanimous praise from users. 技术及工艺创新要点
1.标准化模组、小身材大能量
依据国标《LED照明应用与接口要求》进行标准模组设计,功率150W单模组可有效替换3条行业标准(50W)模组,实现大功率、小体积、轻量化。可降低灯壳、灯杆和基建成本,提高安全性,实现更广泛的应用,为客户创造更大的商业价值。
2.稳定可靠、高效散热
行业首创标准化模组复合相变散热一体化成型技术,通过相变腔内导热工质的汽液相转换,迅速带走COB光源的热量,有效降低芯片结温,满足高功率密度COB光源的散热需求,实现产品的高可靠、长寿命、低光衰。
3.光学玻璃透镜、零光衰、无静电吸附
二次光学透镜为玻璃材质,耐高低温、工作温度-50℃~500℃;抗冲击等级最高可达IK09,具有抗腐蚀、抗盐碱、抗紫外等特性,不存在静电吸附,具有自清洁能力,长期使用不会老化发黄而影响透光率。
4.配光精准、色温可变
可满足各种道路标准,实现行业领先的精准配光和配光组合。创新采用芯片异形排布与光学玻璃透镜一体化配光设计,实现大宽杆比和大距杆比,去除道路纵向和横向照明亮暗区;提高路面的光线利用率和均匀度,有效降低眩光;可通过照明整体设计降低灯杆和基建等工程成本。可满足50米杆距大距高比应用场景和双向8-10车道(40米路宽)应用场景。产品可采用单颗可调色温COB光源,实现2700K-6000K色温连续调节,高、低色温光分布均匀,配光及均匀性效果好,性价比高。

1.Standardized module、small size and high energy
The standard module is designed in accordance with national standard Requirements for LED Lighting Applications and Interfaces. The 150W single module can effectively replace three industrial standard (50W) modules to achieve high power, small volume and lightweight. It can reduce the cost of lamp housing, lamp pole and infrastructure construction, improve safety, and realize wider application, creating greater business value for customers.
2.Stable、reliable and efficient heat dissipation
It is the industry's first application of composite phase change heat dissipation integrated forming technology in standardized module. Which rapidly removes the heat of COB light source through vapor-liquid phase conversion of heat conducting working medium within phase change chamber, effectively reduces the junction temperature of chip, conforms to heat dissipation requirements of high-power density COB light source, and realizes high reliability, long service life and low light attenuation of the product.
3.Optical glass lens, zero light attenuation, zero electrostatic adsorption
The secondary optical lens is made of glass, resistant to high and low temperatures, with operating temperature of -50 ℃ to 500 ℃. The impact resistance grade can reach up to IK09. It has such characteristics as corrosion protection, salt-alkali resistance, UV resistance and the like. It is free of electrostatic adsorption, and possesses self-cleaning capability. Long-term use will not affect light transmittance due to aging and yellowing.
4.Accurate light distribution and variable color temperature
It conforms to various road standards and achieves industry-leading accurate light distribution and light distribution combination. Through the innovative use of light distribution design integrating irregular chip arrangement and optical glass lens, large width-pole ratio or large spacing-pole ratio can be achieved, the bright and dark areas in the longitudinal and transverse lighting on the road are removed. It improves the light utilization and uniformity on pavement, and effectively reduces glare. The overall lighting design can reduce the cost of lighting poles, infrastructure and other works. It conforms to the application scenarios of large spacing to height ratio of 50m pole spacing and two-way 8-10 lanes (40m road width). The product utilizes single color temperature-adjustable COB light source to achieve continuous adjustment of color temperature between 2700K and 6000K, with uniform light distribution at high and low color temperatures, good light distribution and uniformity, and high cost performance.
5.Multiple intelligent interface
The lamps can be reserved with dimming interfaces (0-5V, 0-10V, PWM) and matched with a variety of intelligent control systems to realize the functions of on-demand lighting, fault monitoring and positioning, power statistics and analysis, etc.
