本项目以“智慧节能、长寿命、高可靠”**为核心设计理念,针对大型交通枢纽航站楼的高负荷、长时运行照明需求,采用LED直流集中驱动双控照明系统。
系统架构:去除单灯控制器与单灯驱动电源,仅保留灯珠与集中驱动,大幅简化系统,降低故障点,延长灯珠寿命至超5万小时(检测报告验证)。
节能设计:通过智能调光与直流供电优化,国际厅新系统总功率仅为原系统的48%,国内厅为53%;在照度达标时调光节能率超80%,35%调光下国际厅节能率达84.51%。
This project is guided by the core design principles of “smart energy efficiency, long lifespan, and high reliability.” In response to the high-load, long-duration operation lighting requirements of large-scale transportation hub terminals, it employs an LED DC centralized drive dual-control lighting system.
System architecture: Eliminate single-lamp controllers and individual lamp power supplies, retaining only the LED chips and centralized drivers. This significantly simplifies the system, reduces points of failure, and extends the lifespan of the LED chips to over 50,000 hours (verified by inspection reports).
Energy-saving design: Through intelligent dimming and optimized direct current power supply, the new system’s total power consumption for the International Hall is only 48% of that of the previous system, and for the Domestic Hall, it is 53%. When the illuminance meets the required standards, the dimming energy-saving rate exceeds 80%. At a dimming level of 35%, the energy-saving rate for the International Hall reaches 84.51%.

本次照明节能改造项目通过将原有高能耗易故障的荧光灯全面替换为高效直流LED灯具,并集成智能调光控制系统。实现综合节能率80%以上,预计每年可节省电费19万元、节省维护费2万元;平均照度提升100%以上,照明质量及用光效果显著提升;无驱动长寿命直流灯具及直流集中驱动系统的应用使运维成本下降80%,大幅减少高空维护维修工作。
(1)节能效果显著:通过将原有高能耗易故障的荧光灯全面替换为高效直流LED灯具,并集成智能调光控制系统,改造后的行李提取大厅照明系统的综合节能率80%以上。
(2)行李提取大厅照明质量及用光效果比改造前显著提升:直流集中驱动控制方式使行李提取大厅平均照度提升100%以上,并保持良好的照度均匀度。
(3)工程施工质量均达到设计要求:通过现场检查验收,设备外观完好、安装工艺良好、走线规范、固定牢固,工程施工质量均达到设计要求。
(4)实现了行李提前大厅照明的智能化控制:以回路为单位执行0-100%无级调光策略,辅以远程控制系统开关灯,实现按需用光、精准用光、按需节能控制的终极目标。
(5)无驱动长寿命直流灯具及直流集中驱动系统的应用使运维成本下降80%,大幅减少高空维护维修工作。
(6)基础照明类灯具首次采用直流供电形式,大幅降低漏电触电安全风险。
This lighting energy-saving renovation project involves replacing the existing high-energy-consuming and prone-to-failure fluorescent lamps with high-efficiency DC LED fixtures, and integrating an intelligent dimming control system. This results in a comprehensive energy-saving rate of over 80%. It is projected to save 190,000 yuan in electricity costs and 20,000 yuan in maintenance costs annually. The average illuminance increases by more than 100%, significantly enhancing the lighting quality and effectiveness. The use of driverless, long-lasting DC lamps and a DC centralized drive system reduces operational costs by 80% and significantly reduces high-altitude maintenance and repair work.
(1) Significant energy-saving effects: By comprehensively replacing the original high-energy-consuming and prone-to-failure fluorescent lamps with efficient DC LED lighting fixtures, and integrating an intelligent dimming control system, the overall energy-saving rate of the renovated baggage claim hall lighting system exceeds 80%.
(2) The lighting quality and illumination effects in the baggage retrieval hall have significantly improved compared to before the renovation: The direct current centralized drive control method has increased the average illuminance in the baggage retrieval hall by more than 100%, while maintaining good uniformity of illumination.
(3) The quality of the construction work meets the design requirements: Through on-site inspection and acceptance, the equipment’s appearance is intact, the installation process is sound, the wiring is organized, and the fixtures are securely fastened. The quality of the construction work thus meets the design requirements.
(4) The intelligent control of pre-arrival hall lighting for luggage has been implemented: a 0-100% continuous dimming strategy is executed based on circuits, supplemented by remote control systems to turn lights on and off, thus achieving the ultimate goals of lighting according to need, precise lighting usage, and energy conservation based on demand.
(5) The use of non-drivershort-life DC lighting fixtures and DC centralized drive systems has resulted in a 80% reduction in maintenance costs, significantly decreasing the need for high-altitude maintenance and repairs.
(6) Basic lighting fixtures now utilize direct current power supply for the first time, significantly reducing the risk of electrical shock and electrocution.
