申报对象：凡年龄在18周岁以上的设计师、设计机构、高等院校设计专业师生、以及有相关设计实践的人士均可投稿参评。设计师运用光的颜色、亮度、温度等多重属性，契合声音、材料、情感等要素，与观者进行“交流”，表达自己的创意及想法。Design award applicants: all designers, design institutions, teachers and students of design major in colleges and universities and persons with relevant design practice who are over 18 years old can apply. Designers use the multiple attributes of light, such as color, brightness and temperature to match the elements of sound, material and emotion, to communicate with the audience and express their concept and ideas. |

工程奖Project Award |
申报对象：具有独立法人资格的设计院（所）、设计公司，高等院校，科研单位和照明工程公司、该项目主要产品的供应商。“工程”是指申报项目已完工，无权属争议并且是已竣工验收、投入使用在三个月以上的照明工程。Project award applicants: Design institutes or companies with independent legal qualifications, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, lighting engineering companies and suppliers of major products of the project. "Projects" refer to the lighting projects having been completed with no ownership dispute and having been put into use for more than three months. |
