生产规模情况介绍： Our factory is in Jiangxi, including two workshops and two warehouses. The workshops are mostly for assemble smart door locks and partial LED lighting products with electronic automation line and assembly line. The production lines have been fully achieved automatic production and manual control to ensure product quality and output, and the SMT production workshop for LED lighting, auto plugging machine, automatic fixing screw, and automatic packing machine ect. The equipment includes spectr ophotocolorimeter test, salt spray PH test, aging test of lifespan, EMC, high temperature impact test, high humidity & high temperature experiment, low temperature & low pressure start ect. We have strict quality system in according to Midea Group and our products is 100% quality check. Our rated capacity per shift & per month is 680CBM 10*40HC. 我们的工厂位于江西， 拥有组装智能门锁和部分LED照明产品的车间，配套电子自动化线、装配线等生产线。 生产线已全面实现自动化生产和人工控制，确保产品质量和产量，LED灯饰SMT生产车间、自动插接机、自动固定螺丝、自动包装机等。 设备包括分光色度计测试、盐雾PH测试、寿命老化测试、EMC、高温冲击测试、高湿高温实验、低温低压启动等。 根据美的集团，我们有严格的质量体系，我们的产品是 100% 质量检查。 我们每个班次和每月的额定容量为 680CBM 10*40HC。
