项目简介:
中国化学集团对总部办公楼进行局部改造维修暨周边环境整治提升工程,其中包含了室内照明的更新。室内方案设计思路更加注重对空间的轴线和对景对位着重刻画来体现央企气质。通过对室内平面布局优化,将原首层办公室改为接待室,取消北入口首层顶两根框架梁,增设雨棚,拆除首层顶板,改为两层通高。挑高的空间,给人以强烈的视觉冲击,展现出央企的雄厚实力和不凡气度。地面多采用高档大理石铺设,纹理清晰、质感温润,不仅坚固耐用,彰显尊贵。最终室内室内布局分布为首层门厅区域、接待区、VIP电梯厅、二层办公空间及电梯厅、走廊等重要空间。
室内照明设计以人为本旨在为员工创造一个自由健康、创新前沿的智能低碳且充满幸福、活力的办公空间,同时创造舒适、安全、健康的照明环境。随着物联网和人工智能技术的发展,室内照明将越来越智能化,人们对健康的关注度不断提高,健康照明将成为室内照明设计的重要趋势。本案照明控制采用了环境光感应方式自动调整室内亮度和色温。
办公空间的改造更加注重健康照明,设计师采用无频闪、低蓝光的照明灯具,在办公室中,特别是有大面积窗户的空间,采用日光感应技术根据室外阳光的强弱自动调节室内灯光亮度,为员工创造舒适的视觉环境,同时提高能源利用效率。
在确保照明能够满足空间的使用功能,提供足够的亮度和均匀度,避免眩光和阴影,保证人们在空间内能够安全、舒适地进行各种活动。与室内整体设计风格相协调,灯具的造型、材质和颜色与室内装饰的一体化设计,通过巧妙的灯光布置和色温控制,增强室内空间的美感和央企气质。

Project Overview
China National Chemical Group has initiated a partial renovation and perimeter enhancement project for its headquarters office building, incorporating a comprehensive update to its interior lighting system. The redesign emphasizes spatial hierarchy and visual focal alignment to reflect the institutional strength and refined ethos of a central state-owned enterprise. Key architectural modifications include:
Conversion of the original ground-floor office into a reception hall;
Removal of two structural beams at the northern entrance, replaced with an expanded canopy;
Demolition of the ground-floor ceiling to create a double-height atrium, delivering a dramatic spatial experience that underscores the enterprise’s stature.
Lighting Design Philosophy

Flicker-free, low-blue-light luminaires prioritize visual comfort and circadian health in office areas.
Daylight harvesting technology in window-abundant spaces auto-adjusts artificial lighting based on natural light intensity, enhancing energy efficiency while reducing eye strain.

IoT-enabled ambient light sensors dynamically regulate brightness (300–750 lux) and color temperature (3000K–5000K) to align with occupancy and daylight conditions.

以酒店和办公照明标准为依据,结合项目本身的独特性,设定了相应的照度值。
首层出入口大厅、侧厅、接待区、次入口前厅、VIP电梯厅、电梯厅、走廊平均照度值500-750LUX。二层办公区域平均照度值500LUX。照明色温公共区域:3000-6500K、办公区域4000K。首层基础照明采用软膜天花灯具保证了挑高空间的基本亮度。挑高空间天花与软膜边缘交接处采用灯带勾勒空间轮廓营造氛围。灯具显色显指数(Ra)大于90以上。办公区域的照度均匀值达到0.8以上。

Soft film ceiling luminaires provide uniform ambient illumination for the double-height atrium.
